We make no claims nor guarantee any supernatural or magical qualities for any product. The names and alleged powers are gathered from books, folklore and various sources. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHOPPING CART ONLY SHOWS SHIPPING COSTS FOR WITHIN THE UK AND EUROPE. If you are outside of these areas and want to purchase something please email me with the Product and Quantity you want and your country of destination and I will send you a new invoice with the correct postage. Shipping & Returns Delivery: We aim to deliver within 2-5 days of your order, unless otherwise stated in the product details. You are welcome to discuss your order by email. If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, confirming the estimated ship date. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email. The period stated within which your orders are dispatched is approximate. For large orders, at our discretion, and for any orders outside the EU, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email or phone. You will be informed if these procedures affect your order. Returns: All goods purchased from Mystic Monkey New Age Shop are covered by our 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return any goods you must contact us first via email or telephone (01508)532147. A full refund shall be issued on receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct postage expenses. You must return items within 7 days in a new and unused condition in original packaging. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken. We will replace items that have manufacturers faults on receipt of the faulty goods. |
